Lynn Shepard has been helping clients through the most challenging family law matters and estate planning issues for more than 30 years. Lynn understands the personal difficulties that these cases present; her goal is to keep the stress off your shoulders and help you find legal solutions to the most challenging issues.

Her areas of practice include family law, probate, estate planning and federal criminal defense. Lynn received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in 1974, and Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon in 1979. She has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1980.

Professional and Community Affiliations

Lynn is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, Lane County Bar Association, Idaho State Bar Association, and she is the Past Chair, Oregon State Bar Family Law Section and Lane County Bar, Family Law Section. She also serves on the following boards: Lane County Law and Advocacy, Halfway House Services, Community Mediation Services, and the Advisory Board for Lane County Family Mediation.
